Defective products can be replaced with new ones. For any defect returns email us or call.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No refunds on perishable items.
We are shipping our products across the U.A.E with free shipping charges if the order amount is more than AED 50.
International Shipping is offered to but prices vary depending upon the location.
Right now we are accepting Cash on Delivery and Credit/Debit cards.
If the total amount of order is more than AED 50, then we provide free shipping or else there is a charge per order.
