Only mix Natco's Coconut Milk Powder in various dishes: curries, ice cream, cookie, cake, satay, jelly, yougurt, kari curry etc. to get creamy coconut taste. Or mix with warm water to get coconut milk.

Ingredients:

Coconut milk at 20 % fat (86.30%), glucose syrup (12.50%), sodium caseinate (0.30%), dipotassium phosphate (E340(ii) (0.30%), distilled monoglyceride (E471) (0.30%), silicon dioxide (E551).

Preparation Guidelines

Mix in warm water, dissolve together. Used instead of fresh coconut milk in cooking.
